Alan is one of our founders and a Director – with 20 years of commercial experience, with extensive experience supporting public and private sector organisations through all phases of the commercial lifecycle. He’s previously worked for BAE Systems, the Eurofighter programme, and the public sector.

Rob is one of our founders and a Director – with over 15 years’ experience managing large contracts, and providing leadership, across BAE Systems, Boeing Defence, and the public sector.

Since joining in 2024, Athena has hit the ground running, bringing over a decade of experience from Deutsche Bank and ING. Her expertise spans Finance, Risk & Control, and Business Management.

Darren joined Evolve as a Partner in 2024 after a 25+ year career across several public sector commercial roles, including senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Defence, the ONS, and the Office of Government Commerce.

Keenan joined Evolve at our inception in 2021 and is now one of our Principal Consultants. Keenan is a multidisciplinary consultant with over 10 years’ experience in both commercial and project management roles.
